Pressure standard

● The PACE 1000 is available in a variety of pressure ranges with three accuracy levels, ensuring that it can meet the customer's needs for different levels of technical parameters within the budget range. Users can set the PACE 1000's color touchscreen display to display up to three pressure measurements simultaneously. The PACE 1000 can be connected to five sensors simultaneously (three internal sensors and two external sensors). If more than two sensors are installed, the PACE 1000's indicator function will be extended to display both text or chart formats and differential pressure values from P1-P2. PACE 1000 Options
▍ Leak test
● Leakage testing measures the leakage rate for a specified dwell time. At the beginning of the test, the instrument measures the test pressure applied to the user's system and records the change in pressure during the measurement residence time. The test completion display displays the test result, which shows the leak rate per second or per minute at the currently selected pressure unit.
▍ Switch test a standard analog output or relay contact option
● The switch test function can automatically test the pressure switch equipment. At the end of the test, the pressure of opening and closing the contact and the operation lag can be displayed. You can also set the switch test task to capture the maximum, minimum, and average values triggered by the switch.
▍ Analog output
● The analog output can be programmed through the Settings menu to output analog signals proportional to the selected range of the instrument. This allows the instrument to be connected to a PC or PLCI/. Remote display, chart recorder or other data recording device. ● The user can choose the output range from 0 to 10V, 0 to 5V, -5 to 5V, and 0/4 to 20mA. In the operating temperature range of the host, the measurement accuracy of the corresponding host can reach 0.05%FS, and the update rate is 80 readings per second. The top selection can be programmed to output proportional to pressure between minimum pressure and full scale pressure.
▍ Relay contact
Peripherals such as vacuum pumps and boilers can be controlled through non-voltage contacts, and each VFC option has 3 independent passive NO/NC relay contacts. The PACE 1000 device can set a variety of conditions to trigger the relay contact closure

▍ Switch test
● The switch test option can realize the automatic test of the pressure switch. After the test, the main machine displays the pressure and the action lag when the contact is opened and closed. In addition, the switch test can also set the cycle test time and the number of tests, and obtain the maximum, minimum and average value of the switch action.
▍ Leak test
Leakage test By applying test pressure to an external system connected to the instrument to determine the degree of pressure change due to a system leak. This feature eliminates potential adiabatic effects during test pressure and leak test times by setting the test pressure as well as the dwell time. After the test is complete, the initial pressure, termination pressure, pressure change and leakage rate are displayed directly on the screen.
▍ Test program
The test program option provides the ability to create, store and execute a variety of test programs within the instrument, especially for tasks that require a lot of manual time, many repetitions and labor intensity (such as rapid product preparation and fatigue cycle testing, etc.) o The test program can also be transferred to the computer via a large capacity storage device. ▍ Burst test
Burst testing is a new application in the PACE family, designed for pressure safe diaphragm testing. The burst test option increases the pressure output at a set rate and accurately measures the pressure value when the device cracks or bursts.
▍ Relay Contacts (VFC)
● Relay contact options can output switching signals to control the start or stop of other external devices, such as vacuum pumps, temperature tanks, etc. Each VFC option has three separate relay contacts that can be set to trigger relay contact closure for different applications
▍ Analog output
● Can be programmed through the Settings menu to set the output analog signal proportional to the selected instrument range. This allows the instrument to be connected to a computer or PLC I/O card, remote display, chart recorder or other data recording device. ● The user can choose 0 ~ 10V, 0 ~ 5V, -5 ~ 5V or 0/4 ~ 20mA as the output signal number, in the host operating temperature range, the corresponding host measurement pressure accuracy up to 0.05%FS, refresh frequency can reach 80 readings per second.
