DPI 610E Features




▍ High precision


With Drucker's own advanced pressure sensor technology, the DPI610E achieves high precision, high reliability and high stability of pressure measurement. The 1-year total uncertainty of ±0.025%FS (-10 to 50°C) allows you to extend the calibration cycle during routine maintenance of the instrument.


▍ multifunction


● In addition to pressure measurement and pressure building functions, the DPI610E retains the complete electrical signal generation and measurement functions of the Drucker portable calibrator product family, while improving its accuracy and reducing the wiring complexity. In addition, the performance of the built-in pressure source is also improved, making it easier for users to complete on-site pressure building. The evening sensor supports the pressure sensor PM700E and the temperature sensor RTD-INTERFACE for extended range and temperature measurement.


▍ Rapid pressure connection


● The sealing of pressure connections in field applications requires careful consideration. The pressure interface of the DPI 610E is designed with a quick-fitting design, which offers many advantages over traditional pressure interfaces: • All converters, pressure connections and accessories (including moisture/dirt isolators) can be quickly and easily connected to the equipment, no additional seals and tools are required, and reliable sealing is guaranteed. 

• Damaged converters are easily replaced, reducing downtime. 

• The time required to ensure the seal of the pressure connection sometimes exceeds the time required for the calibration process. The design has been extensively validated and can greatly reduce pressure connection time. 

● The fast pressure interface supports up to lOOMPa pressures. It comes with lm quick insert hose and adaptors with G1/8 internal thread and 1/8NPT external thread.

▍ Easy to use industrial design concept


● The ergonomic design of the DPI610E allows users to perform calibration work even when they are completely unsupported and rely only on their hands. A shoulder strap or handle ensures portability when used in the field.

▍ Pressure building function


● The DPI610E series uses a new and upgraded pressure building system, which makes on-site pressure building more efficient and easier, but also makes accurate pressure control easier. ● Pressure from 95% vacuum to 3.5MPa can be easily generated for pneumatic versions, while better supporting larger pressure chambers. The easy-to-use reversing valve can easily switch from vacuum generation to positive pressure generation, the efficient and labor-saving pressure pump and the precision volume regulator ensure rapid pressure generation and precision regulation, and the pressure relief valve protects the internal pressure sensor. In addition, the moisture contaminant isolator shown in the figure prevents contamination of the DPI610E lines and prevents cross-contamination between test units.

● For the hydraulic version, the lOOcc reservoir can use mineral oil or water as the pressure transmission medium, the pre-pressure pump can achieve exhaust and liquid filling functions, and the built-in supercharger makes the realization of large pressure easier. ▍ Pressure sensor mode


● For the barometric version, the built-in high-precision barometer allows the gauge or absolute pressure sensor to be used in simulated absolute or simulated gauge pressure modes. For hydraulic versions, sealed gauge pressure measurement modes (IMPa and above) are available for absolute pressure pressure sensors.


▍ Resolution


● Pressure: optional between 4 digits and 7 digits, which can be adjusted according to the discriminating rate of the meter to facilitate comparison. Electrical signal: voltage is optional between 4 and 7 digits, current is optional between 4 and 6 digits.


▍ multichannel


● DPI 610E can support the verification and recording of up to 2 channels at the same time, supporting manual and timed collection. The DPI 610E can store 100,000 data points internally, which can be displayed directly on the screen or transferred to a computer for further data processing.



Advanced features




● Leakage test: automatically record and calculate the system leakage status and leakage rate within the set time, and finally display the start pressure, end pressure, pressure change value and leakage rate. This function can also be used for temperature measurement.

● Release valve test: Capture the discharge pressure of the release valve. ● Switch test: automatically capture the closed and disconnected values of the pressure switch, and automatically calculate the switching difference. Step or Ramp mA output: The instrument can be easily simulated as a transmitter output to test the control loop, valve position, and system safety. This function can set the output final signal value and manual/automatic signal change process, and support the following options to quickly set: -% step: step value in the form of percentage (for example, set to 25%, five test points are 4,8,12,16 and 20 mA) ● Custom step size: The step value is a custom mA value ● Span check: Repeatedly output a fixed value between two endpoints, such as output 4 to 20 mA, to check zero and full scale ● Skew wave: Linear output of the signal at a pre-set slope is the ideal method for dynamic testing on/off.

● Fine tuning: Through the up and down arrow keys to micro adjustment of the output signal, the function is mainly used to detect the stroke switch.

● Help: The DPI610E comes with a quick guide. In addition, a complete electronic user manual is stored in the host, which can be viewed in detail or printed on the host at any time. You can also view the electrical connection diagram for guidance on wiring

Measurement process options




● Zero bias: The zero bias of 0-100%FS can be set and the value can be subtracted from the measurement result. Applicable to all supported measurement types. ● Filter: Displays the average of the last 10 measurements, which makes the reading stable in noisy measurements. Applicable to all supported measurement types. ● Alarm: alarm can be set, and the operator can be shown with ICONS, backlight flashing, etc. Applicable to all supported measurement types. ● Square root: The square root operation can be performed on the measurement results. ● Maximum/minimum: Capture the maximum/minimum value and calculate the average value. ● Proportional relationship: Convert the measured value into the process signal value. For example, the mA value is expressed in percentage form, and the flow correction can be realized by scaling the output of the differential pressure flow transmitter.

● The DPI 610E uses optimized human-computer interaction features and can be operated via a touch screen. When the user is wearing gloves, the instrument can also be operated by buttons. ● The main interface can select common functions with one click. ● The task menu provides common verification tasks. ● The most suitable tasks can be collected to further speed up the access efficiency

Automatic calibration function




● The DPI 610E is not only suitable for daily equipment maintenance and calibration, it also has automatic calibration procedures and Pass/Fail data analysis.

● Automatic calibration program: The user can create an automatic calibration sequence on the DPI 610E and display it in the form of a work order, each work order can correspond to a specific device under test. The calibration program is self-actuated, you just need to suppress, and the data is automatically saved to the DPI 610E, which can then be uploaded to the computer. In this case, you can use the "Calibration Report Assistant" tool in the computer to automatically generate a template customizable calibration result report. The automatic calibration procedure with the DPI 610E greatly reduces the calibration time from a typical 40 minutes to around 10 minutes (including setup time). Through the automatic execution of calibration, if the time of data processing and report generation is included, the working time of the Bayu can be greatly reduced.

Analysis of PASS/FAIL data

● Error analysis function can calculate the error of the meter under test and make qualified/out-of-tolerance judgment.

● The error can be displayed in real time, so that it can be more convenient to adjust the zero and full scale in real time.
